Copenhagen—PA Resources, the debt laden Swedish independent with interests in the North Sea and Africa, became the latest casualty of the oil price fall, announcing Tuesday it was divesting all its assets and delisting from the Stockholm stock exchange. Shares in the energy group plunged as much as 45% on the news and at 1229 GMT were down 35% to SEK0.10.
