London-It is still to early to predict the out- come of OPEC’s upcoming June 5 meeting in Vienna, but the oil producer group will not reduce crude output without reciprocal cuts from key non-OPEC producers, a Gulf source said Thursday. “Definitely, OPEC will not do [any] cutting alone,” the Gulf source said. The Gulf source said some OPEC mem- ber countries had been working on contacts with several producing countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan and Oman, but that it was not clear whether their efforts would result in anything definitive in terms of man- aging production.
