New York-Oil futures were down across- the-board Monday as a stronger US dollar, a rebound in Libyan crude production and profit- taking helped push prices lower. ICE April Brent settled $3.04 lower at $59.54/b. NYMEX April crude closed 17 cents lower at $49.59/b after spending most of Monday in positive territory.
