Australia’s Woodside posts record production

Sydney—Australia’s Woodside Petroleum Thursday posted record annual production of 87 million barrels of oil and gas equivalent for 2013, up 2.5% from 84.9 million boe in 2012. Woodside, Australia’s largest listed oil and gas producer, operates and holds 16.67% of the North West Shelf LNG project and 90% of the Pluto LNG project, both of which are located on Western Australia’s Burrup Peninsula.
