Hanoi-State-owned PetroVietnam is looking for foreign investors to take stakes in several of its assets including oil and gas exploration blocks, LNG projects, condensate and ethanol plants as it looks to raise funds to meet its expansion plans. The company has reached out to Euro- pean embassies in Hanoi for help in finding investors, it said in an investment document obtained by Platts Wednesday.
