NYMEX RBOB climbs on firm demand

New York-NYMEX December RBOB futures rallied sharply Thursday, settling 5.57 cents higher at $2.6837/gal after US govern- ment data showed implied gasoline demand remained firmly above 9 million b/d last week. The settle was the highest for the front- month contract in four weeks.
