摘要

Singapore—Thailand has temporarily relaxed specifications for conventional gasoline and gasoline- base to ease some of the tightness in the domestic market following a fire at Bangchak Petroleum’s 120,000 b/d Bangkok refinery earlier this month, industry sources said July 16. The fire on July 4 hit Bangchak refinery’s larger 80,000 b/d crude distillation unit and led to a complete shutdown of the plant. Bangchak Petroleum July 16 said that it has restarted the smaller 40,000 b/d CDU and 25,000 b/d hydrocracker. Bangchak said that it would operate the CDU at 45,000 b/d. The fire-hit CDU is not expected back online until early October.
