New York-NYMEX March crude futures settled $2.24/b higher February 13 at $100.91/b, bolstered by an RBOB rally and news that Greek lawmakers approved auster- ity measures. But as the market headed to the close a technical glitch forced the CME to halt trad- ing, calling into question some of the price advance. "Because of the closing of Globex trading it was difficult to get a feel" for the market, said one analyst, who was skeptical about the final 50-60 cents/b of gains.
