India's OVL, PetroVietnam in oil, gas cooperation deal

Mumbai-India's state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation said its overseas arm inked a three-year agreement October 12 with PetroVietnam for cooperation in oil and natural gas matters. The deal between ONGC Videsh Limited and state-owned PetroVietnam was signed in New Delhi and witnessed by Vietnam President Truong Tan Sang and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, ONGC said. Sang arrived in India October 12 for a three-day visit.
