Japan cabinet approves Tepco support plan

Tokyo-The Japanese cabinet June 14 approved a framework and bill to launch a "support organization" to help Tokyo Electric Power Company compensate people affected by the ongoing crisis at its Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
