Singapore-Vietnam's Ministry of Finance has issued a circular outlining a new import tax structure for oil products, industry sources said this week. The new import tariffs are based on a 30- day average price band of West Texas Intermediate crude prices published by Platts in Singapore at the Asian close of business.
