Singapore—Chinese offshore producer CNOOC Limited said June 8 its Bozhong 25-1/Bozhong 25-1 South oil fields in Bohai Bay were back to the normal production level of 27,000 b/d, after facilities at the offshore production area suffered damage from strong winds last November.
