Hong Kong—Chinese offshore producer CNOOC Limited said March 19 it has brought on stream the Bozhong 28-2S oil field in China’s northern Bohai Bay and that the field is producing 4,000 b/d from four wells.Output from BZ 28-2S, which is in the southern part of Bohai Bay at average water depths of 21 meters, is expected to reach 25,000 b/d by 2011, the company said in a statement.
