CNOOC to bump Huizhou refinery rate to 96% in April

Singapore—China National Offshore Oil Corpo ration plans to raise the operating rate at its Huizhou refinery in southern Guangdong province to 96% of capacity in April, from 79% in March, a refinery source said April 7. The 12 million mt/year (240,000 b/d) Huizhou refinery will process 950,000 mt of crude (231,167 b/d) this month, up from 810,000 mt (190,742 b/d) in March, the source said.
