PV Gas sees strong strategic investor bids, weak IPO

Hanoi-PetroVietnam subsidiary PV Gas was unable to sell all of the shares it was offering to the public November 17, but it said on its website that interest in a 15% stake offered to strategic investors was strong enough to warrant asking the government to let it sell a larger portion of the company.
