Australia to pump 340,000 b/d of condensate in 2020

Phuket, Thailand-Australia's condensate output is expected to rise to around 340,000 b/d by 2020, more than double 2009's production of 125,000 b/d thanks to a number of new gas projects, Chevron's Senior Commercial Adviser Suzanne Roat told an industry conference in Phuket, Thailand January 28. The forecast rise in output would see condensate account for 70% of Australia's total liquids production in 2020, compared with 25% in 2009, she added.
