UK's Roxi turns to other suitors for Kazakh stake sale

London-UK-based, Kazakhstan-focused upstream minnow Roxi Petroleum is to talk to other parties interested in buying its 43% stake in the Galaz license in western Kazakhstan after negotiations with South Korea's LG faltered, the company said November 4. Roxi signed in July a memorandum of understanding with LG, which already has oil and gas assets in Kazakhstan, allowing the Koreans to evaluate Roxi's interest in the Galaz assets with a view to acquiring them.
