Equatorial Guinea sees LNG train 2 progress

London-Equatorial Guinea expects to unveil a long-delayed "master plan" for a second LNG train at its Punta Europa LNG facility by mid-2010 despite ongoing disagreement over whether it has enough gas to feed the train. Speaking at an oil conference in London, the country's deputy oil minister Gabriel Obiang Lima said his government is "working hard" on hammering out the terms of supply deals with neighboring Nigeria and Cameroon, but is looking to go it alone if a final agreement can't be reached.
