Houston-The Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board has put up two deepwater parcels in its most recent call for bids this year, the board's geoscience coordinator said May 4.As with two previous offerings in the past year, the 2009 bidding incorporates changes to Nova Scotia's resource management program launched last year aimed at drumming up more deepwater exploration, Brenton Smith, who is also a senior petroleum geo-physicist, said during a presentation to the Offshore Technology Conference.
