Rosneft Q3 net income hit by one-off items

Moscow—Russia’s largest oil producer Ros-neft November 25 reported net income of $1.168 billion for the third quarter of 2009, down 66.3% on the year and down 27.5% o the quarter, hit by a number of one-off items.
