Arctic presents major development challenges, EIA says

Washington-The Arctic could hold about 22% of the world's undiscovered, technically recoverable conventional oil and gas resources, but daunting challenges can deter their development in favor of less-challenging locales, the US Energy Information Administration said in a report released October 19.
