UK’s Zhaikmunai restores full Kazakh oil production

London—UK-based Kazakh exploration and production company Zhaikmunai said August 4 it has restored full crude production from a field in northwest Kazakhstan that had been cut in mid-July because of a shortage of rail cars for oil transportation.
