CNOOC wildcat strikes oil, gas in Bohai Bay

Singapore—CNOOC Limited October 6 flagged yet another oil and gas discovery, the Bozhong 35-2, in northern China’s Bohai Bay. The wildcat BZ 35-2-2, located east of the Yellow River Mouth Sag, penetrated oil pay zones with total thickness of 31.2 meters, CNOOC Limited said.
