New Delhi—India’s Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Murli Deora said January 18 that a government panel, the Group of Ministers, was expected to meet again at the weekend to decide whether to raise retail prices of transport and cooking fuels. The ministers also are to discuss restructuring fuel taxes.
