Moscow—A special Iraqi commission will study an old contract held by Russia’s second largest oil producer Lukoil for the West Qurna 2 oil field before a final decision is taken on the development contract, Iraq’s Foreign Min ister Hoshyar Zebari was quoted as saying February 12 in Moscow.
