EIA sees sharply higher summer fuel prices

Washington—The price of a gallon of regular-grade gasoline in the US will likely peak at just over 3.60 in June, while the monthly average price of diesel is expected to peak at just above 3.90/gal in April, the Energy Information Administration said April 8 in its annual Summer Fuels Outlook.
