Dominion sells Marcellus rights, plans gas pipeline

Washington—Energy company Dominion said June 30 it was selling the Marcellus Shale rights on 205,000 acres of its holdings in West Virginia and Pennsylvania for 552 million to Denver-based Antero Resources and plans to use some of that cash to finance the building of a major natural gas pipeline out of the play.
