Denmark gives formal OK for DONG IPO

London—Denmark’s Ministry of Finance has given the formal go-ahead for the initial public offering of about 28% of the shares of state- owned DONG Energy on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen, ministry spokesman Peter Brixen said January 8.
