Caracas—Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA plans to process Ecuadorian Napo and Ori-ente crude in its Paraguana refining complex and possibly in the refining circuit of its wholly owned US subsidiary Citgo, Energy Ministry Rafael Ramirez said after a press conference on January 15.
