Plantation, Central Florida lines to raise ULSD sulfur

New York-Kinder Morgan Energy Partners said December 13 its Plantation Pipe Line and Central Florida Pipeline subsidiaries will raise the sulfur specification for ultra low sulfur diesel at their pipeline points of origin to 10 parts per million from 8 ppm.
