Tesoro's Hawaii refinery restarts product output

New York-Tesoro Petroleum October 19 said its 94,000 b/d refinery in Kapolei, Hawaii, near Honolulu, shut following an earthquake October 15, has restarted production of gasoline, diesel and jet fuel. It said it hoped to have the refinery back at full rates over the weekend.The return to full rates assumes no startup complications materialize, Tesoro said in a statement.
