Singapore-Chinese offshore producer CNOOC Limited has started up its Caofeidi-an (CFD) 11-6/12-1S fields in Bohai Bay on schedule, the company said October 26.Ten wells producing a total of 15,000 b/d are expected to be brought online at the fields by the end of October, CNOOC said. Peak production is forecast to reach around 6 million barrels/year.
