New York-Acquisitive US oil exploitation player Whiting Petroleum saw its stock hammered Feb 28 after reporting less-than-expected reserve additions last year.In fact,despite 223-mil of drilling outlays,Whiting admitted it found only 5.5-mil boe of proved reserves that way or less than half its 12.1-mil boe of production last year.
