Sydney-The long-awaited 3.5 billion Papua New Guinea to Queensland, Australia, natural gas pipeline project suffered a significant setback August 16 with an announcement that Australian Gas Light and its partner Malaysia's Petronas have scaled back front-end engineering and design activities on the Australian component of the project.
