Budapest-Romanian integrated oil company Petrom, a 51% subsidiary of Austria's OMV, is to invest Eur1 billion (1.25 billion) in its Petrobrazi refinery north of Bucharest by 2011, expanding capacity from 4.5 million mt/year (92,000 b/d) to 6 million mt/year, the company said October 18.
