Cal Dive to pay 125-mil for Stolt assets in US Gulf

In its second deal in less than a week,subsea marine contractor Cal Dive International said Apr 12 it will acquire the diving and shallow-water pipelay assets of Stolt Offshore that operate in Gulf of Mexico and Trinidad waters for 125-mil in cash.
