China to build strategic crude storage at Tianjin

Hong Kong—China's coastal Tianjin municipality is coordinating with state-run integrated oil giant Sinopec Group to develop 3.2 million cubic meters (20.1 million barrels) of crude storage in the first phase of a planned facility, the city government said earlier this month.
