Nigeria's Oando moves closer to planned refinery

London-Nigerian fuel marketer Oando has completed a feasibility study on a planned 240,000 b/d refinery in the Lekki Free Trade Zone near the country's commercial capital Lagos, the company said April 27. The four-month study was carried out by engineering group Foster Wheeler and UK-based consultants Wood Mackenzie, Oando said in a statement.
