New York-The capital cost of trading physical crude has eased over the past six months because of declines in benchmark crude values,and there also has been a decline in the cost of renting tanks for the storage of crude,according to a poll of US-based traders Wednesday.Yet the reduced costs of crude trading has not triggered any boost in market participation,particularly those keen on storage play,because of tighter limits on credit,they said.
