London-Spain's Repsol YPF plans to invest more than Eur3.2 billion ($4.7 billion) to double the capacity of its Cartagena refinery and help reduce Spain's growing dependence on diesel imports, the company said January 8.The planned investment, which was first announced in late 2005, has now been approved by the company's board, Repsol said.
