Record high fuel oil prices in Singapore and HONG Kong are prompting shipowners to shop elsewhere in the region for cheaper bunker fuel,market sources said Tuesday.Delivered spot prices of both 380 and 180 CST bunker fuel in Singapore and Hong Kong have hit record highs at least seven times over the past month.
