Abu Dhabi-Qatari oil minister Abdullah al-Attiyah said February 5 that it was too early to predict OPEC's next move ahead of a March 15 meeting in Vienna but that compliance so far with agreed production cuts was "very good."Attiyah,arriving for an economic conference in the UAE capital,said OPEC ministers would first have to assess the impact of production cuts totaling 1.7 million b/d agreed in Doha and Abuja last year when ministers meet in March.
