The viscosity spread between 180 CST and 380 CST high sulfur fuel oil in Asia crunched to 7.85/mt Wednesday,its lowest in the last three months.Supply of 380 CST is healthy with a noticeable and usual decline in year-end demand.The 380 CST cargo discount slipped slightly to minus 3.28/mt from minus 3.15/mt,while the 180 CST cargo premium fell 40 cents/mt to minus 4.66/mt.
