Fuel oil in Northwest Europe declined Friday,with 3.5% fuel oil barges crashing by 20/mt.Mediterranean 3.5% fuel CIF cargoes took a hammering by 18.5/mt too,although over the week the Mediterranean has appeared stronger than NWE."It's the bad weather in the Black Sea that has delayed the cargoes coming to the Med," one source said.Prompt lifting was proving difficult with the poor weather also affecting ports in Sicily,Spain and Malta.
