Resid/bunkers: Singapore re-fuelings drop

In Singapore, the world's biggest bunkering port, sales fell in November for the third consecutive month to the fourth lowest of the year, mirroring a slump in the number of ships calling for bunkering purposes, the latest data from the Maritime and Port Authority showed Thursday. Around 2.523 million mt of bunker fuel were sold in November, down more than 7% from October and the largest month-on-month decline since July.
