US Gulf Coast MTBE shot higher by about 4 cents/gal Thursday,assessed at 2.34-2.345/gal.The market was up as there were all bids and no offers in the Platts Market On Close assessment process.In the MOC,Lyondell bid 2.34/gal for 25,000 barrels,FOB Houston,delivered on Platts dates.Morgan bid 2.325/gal with the same particulars as Lyondell.
