Singapore 180CST fuel rallied by over 9/mt,or US1.16/bbl,Thursday in a crude-led rally,but market structure continued to weaken as the Oct/Nov spread moved into parity after a period of 6 weeks when the front-month spread was in backwardation.However,HSFO improved slightly against Asia sour benchmark Dubai crude,which was up by 90 cts/bbl,indicating there is still some support for fuel oil.
