Shell reports 531 stations affected by off-spec gasoline

Gasoline sales are halted at 531 Shell-affiliated service stations in Florida and New Orleans due to the supply of high-sulfur gasoline to the retailers,a Shell spokeswoman said Mar 28.With 412 Shell and Texaco stations in Florida and 119 in the New Orleans area now affected,sales had been halted in 450 Florida and 140 New Orleans area stations since Wednesday,the spokes-woman said.
