Shell confirms Wilmington coker up

Shell Wednesday confirmed its 41,000 b/d coker has "returned to production" at its 98,500 b/d Wilmington,California,refinery after a fire incident shut the unit in March,although the restart date was not immediately available.Regarding another matter,the company spokeswoman declined to comment on whether a 29,000 b/d hydrocracker is now shut at the Los Angeles-area plant,citing it is against company policy to discuss refinery operations.
