Basra/London-Iraq's southern oil terminal of Basra was fully operational Wednesday after repairs to a sabotaged pipeline,an official said."We are currently pumping 82,000 barrels an hour," Moayed Hashem told AFP He said this was the maximum capacity and it could fall later in the day as supplies from further up the pipeline failed to keep up.
